Programs for Your Health System/Office
"We cannot solve the problems that we have created with the same thinking that
created them." — Albert Einstein
“Today’s physicians are under tremendous stress, being held accountable for
clinical and service quality as well as the efficient use of health care
resources. Older physicians feel betrayed and younger physicians feel the
stress of 'making it.'
Finding Balance in a Medical Life has helped our physicians better understand
what makes them tick, and how to use the multiple insights and tools to better
cope with today's challenges and those which are likely to come with the
continuing evolution of our profession."
— Bart Wald, MD, President, Physicians Associates
Weekend Workshops
These programs are interactive workshops designed to help your physicians,
nurses or staff to regain a sense of life balance, enhance communication and
function. These programs, or modified versions, have been used as perks for
physicians and their families. These programs have decreased staff turnover,
helped young physicians to prevent burnout and stay in the system and helped
mid-career physicians to refresh. Click here

positive investment in themselves, their families, and their practice."
— Steve McDermott, Chief Executive Officer, Hill Physicians Medical Group
